Rachel tells the magazine that she's "freaking out" about her 30th birthday in August.
"I thought I wasn't going to, but a lot of my friends are a couple of years older than me and they're not helping! They keep saying, 'You're next.' So I keep saying, 'What is going to change? Will I implode or something? My 20s have been good to me, I have to say."
